This policy explains what NextAlerts collects when you use nextalerts.in and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive the details you type: name, business, phone, email, the services you ticked, budget and message, plus the page you came from. We use these only to reply to you and discuss your project.

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation or any work that follows. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers we need to run our business, or where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Use the contact form and mention your request.
